Returns

We want you to love your LORDE pieces! If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items under the following conditions:

Return Window

Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

Condition of Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team at LORDE to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. A prepaid return label will be provided for domestic returns. For international returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  3. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the item.
